Terms and Conditions for Donations to Youth Builders International
By donating to Youth Builders International (hereinafter referred to as "Organization"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- 1. Donations:
All donations made to the Organization are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their donation amount and payment information.
- 2. Intended Use of Donations:
Donations made to the Organization will be used for the charitable purposes of feeding charity and educational funding, as well as motivational seminars, in accordance with the Organization’s mission and objectives. The Organization reserves the right to allocate the donated funds in its sole discretion to the programs and projects that it deems most appropriate.
- 3. Tax Deductibility:
Donations to the Organization may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisors regarding the tax implications of their donation.
- 4. Privacy:
The Organization is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its donors. Donor information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the donor’s consent, unless required by law.
- 5. Acknowledgment:
The Organization will provide an acknowledgment receipt for all donations, as required by law. However, it is the donor’s responsibility to ensure that accurate contact information is provided to receive the acknowledgment receipt.
- 6. Disclaimer:
The Organization makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information provided on its website or in any promotional materials. Donors are advised to conduct their own research and due diligence before making a donation.
- 7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The Organization reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to donate to the Organization after such changes, donors are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
- 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas where the Organization is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Bahamas where the Organization is registered.
By donating to the Organization, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from making a donation to the Organization at this time.
